Brazil has it's own camsites. The Brazilian online economy is somewhat isolated and I suspect it's due to it being considered a high risk fraud country by most credit card acquirers, but there may also be tax issues. Still there are thriving Brazilian camsites with Brazilian women and mostly Brazilian customers. Cameraprive.com.br is one.
For Colombianas, just go to any major camsite and you'll find plenty of them. They may not be perfectly honest about their location, (or anything else for that matter) and most of them will have local access blocked for their security and family members, but like Romania camming is a big part of the culture now and they are all over the place.
