How is it possible to have a BAD shoot?

i mean, i always hear girls saying "oh i love working with him, he is great!" or "he is such a joy to work for" blah blah ...

what does it take to make a girl say "that guy sucks, i will never work with him again" or anything else bad?

i mean ... you orchastrate a shoot, snap a bunch of pics, keep the girls smiling .... how hard can it be? Or can it?

just asking because i have no knowledge of your business, just curious ... not trying to offend anyone.
