Epassporte doesn't suck.
Actually, I was rather diappointed by them a few weeks ago because they made a complete mess out of my application for an electron card
I won't go into details but I am sure it was a unique situation
However, they sorted it our pretty soon thanks to KK and Marc.
Don't forget that it's a new service that has just started and I am sure that we are yet to see it grow and become better.
