I'm 105 lbs and found out I have dangerously high ldl cholesterol so I started eating a low fat diet and the lbs are melting off (which I do NOT want to happen so I'm trying to gain it back, but with the low fat... you (or atleast I) started seeing weight coming off right away. I overload on carbs though... not sure that is such a good thing. Hit me up on ICQ if you want a list of foods to eat that are very easy to make or pre-packed foods that are just as tasty as fattening food, but good for you.
