Killing animals for food, and killing them just because they "pissed you off" are very different things. Killing just about anything simply because it pissed you off just illustrates a lack of self-discipline that stems from either a person's chemical imbalance or simply psychological repression of his own past abuse.
Either way, it's an action commited only by the mentally WEAK, helpless individual who can't control his aggressive emotions or thoughts and acts them out physically against other helpless/defenseless living things.
He dominated a weaker creature much like a bully does to smaller kids on the playground. Big deal. Someone so pathetic and mentally challenged doesn't deserve interaction in society. Lock him up forever. End of story.
