Some people can handle having a drink or two and drive just fine. Others can't see straight after a visit to a friends house. That's why they have legal limits to drive. In California it's .08% blood alcohol level. If you are drifting out of your lane, then I would say you are way above that. From what I heard, this guy was not that big, so he didn't have to drink too much to get drunk.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
