Well, to each his own, I suppose. Atkins is definately the diet for me. Of course, I'd rather have a nice, juicy ribeye cooked to a pink medium over a high flame to crisp up the fat than a stale old pieve of bread or a potato anyday, so maybe that's why I love Atkins so much.

There is a product out now (pills) called Phase2 that block the absorption of carbohydrates and allow you to OCCASIONALLY indulge in pasta or bread or something (starch but NOT sugar) while on the Atkins diet. It only blocks 80-90% of the starch in one meal, though. But for some people it's the one thing that helps them stay on Atkins... a one or twice a week indulgence.
There is NO comparison between a fucking steak and a piece of bread! I would rather have a steak with a big fucking potato and garlic bread next to it.

Heh yeah but with Atkins you cant give up french fries and bread, etc for just 30 days. A chicken tender meal with french fries has more allowed carbs that Atkins allows. Not gonna happen.
