Personally I did it from Linux (I have both Win7 and Linux) installed. If you don't, you can download any bootable version of Linux and load the system right from CD/DVD/USB stick. After that you can do everything you want with your Windows files. E.g. go to /Windows/System32/GWX and simple delete the abuser
