NEVER had a reply from Ruth or Chris at Paxum.
In fact, there is another thread with a reply from Chris advising the issue ( when it first appeared ) had been addressed - obviously not.
Emails to Paxum are ignored.
Enough is enough.
The question :
What is the issue that causes every weekend for 24 hours + for Paxum to not be able to give a Mastercard balance and for funds to not be able to be transferred from Checking to Mastercard account ?
I will bump this thread daily until an official reply is given.
It is beyond a joke now.
I am glad I gave up and use Payoneer, but my fucking God, there are Paxum users on this thread that deserved a reply weeks ago and suspiciously no solid answer has been forthcoming.
