Not really. There is a color difference between her face and the other model's chest. The photoshop smart blur / skin smoothing technique was not applied to the rest of the body. There is a fuzzy erase on her left shoulder (our right). None of her blonde hair is falling in front of her shoulders. Though this could be on purpose, but I'm guessing the guy who chopped it was just lazy and opted to keep it all behind that layer. The angle of the lights on her face seems to be different from the angle on the body.
