However, while its nice people join the military, we have not been in a war on our soil in quite some time. Meaning my life has never been saved by our military's actions..
At best we could stretch it to say, we got payback for 9/11 but at no time since I've been alive has any solder fought for my freedom nor has my freedom been at risk. Our military fights to continue our global dominance of the U.S. Dollar and not for our freedom.
