Now taylor could be voiced by any american chick, but kendrick has a more dinstinctive voice. You wouldn't believe me if i said he is voiced by a really talented white australian voice actor... but it's true  this guy nailed it the first take. |
Look at Adobe Character Animator which I already have with the Creative Cloud membership. I played with a little, but basically you can make cartoons move with your webcam in some kind videomocap, complete with lipsyncing.
Also Anime Studio is an awesome 2d animation program, and cheap as fuck to buy.
