Just going for long walks works great, but it'll probably take longer than 60 days. Make it a daily routine (or twice daily) to do 3-10 miles or so. It only hurts the first couple times. I lost 8-9 pounds or something the last month dragging my ass around the lake, without having to change what I eat much at all. I'm still kinda miserable and need to lose probably 40 pounds more, but I feel great. I'd recommend this to anyone.
