I once was in the same situation ...I used to weight 140 pounds...now after 3 years Im at 180 ripped....
but bro...how long have you been training for ?...cuz if its been only a couple of months...its normal not to gain weight
The trick for guys like you and I...is to eat a lot, at least 4 times a day because otherwise you will never gain nothing since you have a fast metabolism
so you need to eat 4 times a day and take two weight gain shakes...not whey protein, they are called weiht gainers, any muscle shop has them, then you must go to the gym 3-4 times a week and u'll start seeing results.
be patient with it tho...
