DX is as good as MikeW.

There are others but the lack of consistency is what seperates the good ones from the average and scrubs.

Beware of design studios that have lots of contract workers and employees - not saying don't use them, but if u see a design in the portfolio that you like, you tell them that's the guy you want working on your site, no substitutes.
