I would like to see a Webmaster who has never e-mailed their affiliates. I think some of these comments are a little hypocritical. Lensman sending his webmasters an e-mail about a firm in which his company owns a percentage of sounds like a sound marketing technique. You even had the option to opt out of future mailings, which the last time I checked, are pretty rare events.
That's all I'm going to say about that.
We have had a great response to the launch of Jupiter, and if this is the worst folks can say about my business, I'm feeling pretty good tonight.
As for not being able to answer technical questions, I doubt that. Our account managers are some pretty savvy folks, all be it under a little stress managing the response to our launch.
