I'm the sole owner/operator of a mature-based website. The site lists mostly paperbacks, comics, and e-Books... plus a smattering of some other related materials. I am exploring the possibility of selling everything... the site itself along with my entire inventory.

I want to walk away with $500K. Yes, a chunk of change, but seeking this amount for the following reasons:

1. Established business, been operating for over 7 years now.
2. Sales have increased each and every year... I expect this current year to be no different.
3. Have built up a fairly substantial repeat-buyer client base over this time frame.
4. At the time of this posting, I've probably well over $300K of hardcopy inventory.
5. Sales for the last couple of years has been around 80K per year.
6. Sales and growth have happened with ZERO advertising of any sort!!

Again, I'm the sole and only owner/operator. There will be no dealing with multiple owners/shareholders/etc. One on one conversation and deal making.

I feel this is an awesome opportunity for someone with resources to take the site to the next level. With proper advertising and such, I suspect the sky could be the limit!
