There are many other cases where courts deny copyright claims towards content that is not deemed a work of useful art.
This case was filed In the U.S. and the content is registered with the U.S. Copyright office.I'm on my phone sitting poolside so unfortunately I'm not in a place to get specific case links. I hear you though but again it is not relevant in this case.
