Programming Wanted

I'm a crowdfunding specialist. I'm looking for a programmer who can put together
a program that can track traffic that donates to crowdfunding campaigns and pay
the marketers who send this traffic on a CPA basis. Pay them not for their traffic,
but for the donations made by the people they send to the campaign.
