I was in Paris with my ex wife and we went to Moulin Rouge. So everything was cool, interesting etc. Then Jeff Dunham came on... before he was really famous. For me and my wife, it was just fucking painful to watch. There was nothing funny to me about his act at all. It didn't seem that people around us thought so either.
Anyway, like a year later, we are in Paris again and we decided to go there again for something to do. All that was going through my mind was "if that fucking puppet guy is there, i'm going to throw bottles at him until i get arrested". The lights dim... everything starts and holy fucking shit. Everything is the exact same as the year before. Same exact show. Not a single thing was different... but still kinda cool to watch. So the whole time i'm getting irritated thinking about all the ways i could attack and assault him Jeff Dunham as a public service and personal favor to other patrons. I was literally squirming in my seat just thinking "c'mon, he's not funny, he's not French, he's probably back wherever he came from, why would he be here a year later..... FUCK! he better not be!!!"
Sure enough... he came out. Same exact act, line for line. It was fucking painful and of course i have to sit there and drink and grin because by now, my wife is saying "you really need to relax, why are you such an asshole sometimes" and i knew I had to sit there and smile because I also couldn't let her be right about anything either.
Anyway, like a year after that,.. he's all over the place. Massive TV specials etc. I felt it was Gods way of really testing me for stroke resistance. He did it with Jeff Dunham and with that Moldovian Numa Numa song by Ozone.
