actually i think it's pretty hard to prove anyones age unless you can see the original birth certificate for yourself

anythign uploaded can be photoshopped and even if you were to see an original birth certificate - how do you know it's even HIS?

give the mods a break - they aren't fuckign psychics and they cant read EVERY post..

im sure that when stuff liek this is specifically brought to their attention - they do the best they can to make suure rules are followed
but there is only so much they can do

Can any webmaster say that they are 110% certain they have NEVER had anyone under 18 sign up to one of their sites??
if so - go ahead and cast trhe first stone
