Yep, I'm immune and youtube helped me get there.
I spend the first few seconds of a video clicking off the ad banner and rewinding so
I can see that part of the video without obstruction.

I actually look at the right side panel ads and have clicked a few that were interesting.
I don't even try to read the banner overlaid on the video.
