Companies and Gov't want to ban e-cigs because they are not making money off them - yet. But of course they SHOULD be. Where are all the Marlboro and Lucky Strike e-cigs? Big Tobacco should've jumped on this bandwagon years ago.
It's like when the music industry chose to sleep while iTunes was born - when they could've started their own such online stores. But nope. Now look at music. Big Tobacco is almost there.
And the argument that e-cigs are as bad as regular cigs and therefore should also be banned everywhere (like bars) is complete lunacy. You CANNOT get CANCER from secondhand.....VAPOR.
