I'll fix you here. Not just 50KT, but also

I know you are very stupid but I didn't know you are stupid so much. First of all, in 1990's Russia has much more control over former Soviet republics than it has today. Also it has much more nukes than today. Your "walk in the park" would ended up like this:
And those are just pictures. I believe the reality would be much worse. There would be no half-destroyed Capitol, but just a glass field instead of Washington + massive firestorms on a whole your continent (yep, Canada and Mexico would be burnt out as well).
