I realize it's different but you don't seem to understand the fact that Moscow will be obliterated with multiple nuclear blasts in the case of any nuclear war with the US. Just the same as Washington DC would be.
There is "NO" surviving that even in a bunker deep underground because unless they can stay there for years, they will have to surface. When they surface they will be right in the middle of a wasteland of radioactivity. Everyone surfacing to those radioactive levels will die a miserable death.
Your beloved Moscow bunkers are just dumb propaganda tools. You Russians have lived in your propaganda filled lives for so long you are paranoid of fucking everything.
