How the fuck could that even happen? The entire population of Hatti is 10 million.. They could of just handed every Haitian a million bucks and still had 490 million left over...
They need to be doing a investigation on the Red Cross. If a sporting group like Fifa is fair game, then so should the Red Cross.
It's long past time that these charities get a free pass and aren't held accountable for the donations they receive.
