2.- you better show your ads as embedded images or videos from your own site. This is a problem if you use some automatic ads from affiliate aggregators or ads companies... So you better don't. Ad blockers never block site images.

3.- again, forget about using javascript advertisement or any other script based solution, those are exactly the files that the ad blockers have indexed and block.
