Exactly. A little more harsh than I would say it. but true.
I think with the new 1% charge back rules, content is going to be a little more important.
Webamsters can do little more against fraud or stopping the wife from finding out what hubby was paying for last month. What they can do is to ensure when the guy is inside the site he is happy with what he's paid for. THAT'S CONTENT. Not design, traffic, adverts or flash progamming. He's there to jerk off.
