The old Russian one (here we call it "трактир"):



You can see all 3 components there: a tea bar (in modern version tea in bars was replaced by beer ), a smorgasbord with ready food and waiters for a personal service. Almost nothing changed for the centuries.

Not in Russia. Here they are mostly in big cities and those are huge networks like "Елки-Палки", "Тарас Булба" etc. For example, I have one in 5 minutes of walking near my home.
