You need to split this into three categories.

1) In context of the film
2) Quotes that don't need to be in the context of the film

Examples;

1) In context of the film

"Say hello to my little friend." Scarface
"I'll have what she's having." When Harry Met Sally
“You're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!” The Italian Job (

2) Quotes that don't need to be in the context of the film

"To call you stupid would be an insult to stupid people!" A Fish Called Wanda
"He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy!" Life of Brian
"All those moments will be lost in time… like tears in rain." Blade Runner

Then the third category.

3) Quotes that take you back to a film, timeless that anyone can say and will still be known to everyone where it came from. Though the quote itself isn't necessarily special out of the context of the film.

"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn!" Gone with the Wind
"To infinity… and beyond." Toy Story
"Life is a box of chocolates, Forrest. You never know what you're gonna get." Forrest Gump

Some great quotes

"I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti." The Silence of the Lambs
"That was the most fun I've ever had without laughing." Annie Hall
"I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries." Monty Python and the Holy Grail
