from what I gather (Im actually looking into the story) when the distro deal went south LA wanted back her product her masters etc that he had and he wouldnt turn them over or damaged them before he did. in addition he had a sale (70% off) on her product (without her authorization) essentially devaluing it. I will get to the bottom of it.
