Just one of those countries would be enough to handle them but it is not that simple. It is against Albanians and US.
US is controlling Macedonia, Serbia,Bulgaria ...and Greece can't do shit since they are broke and they must beg for money. So it will be like US says and Albanians are most loyal to US in region, albanians are gurantee for US interests (business,money,land)
This is nothing new, previous wars were ended not by real agreements but by foreign interference that was always one one side in conflict.
Anyway, two Muslim states created by US (Kosovo and Bosnia) are biggest problem, and there is no peaceful or long term solution for this. It is not possible to control muslim population and integrate them into civilized world.
