that plan is decades old and they were working on this as their top priority.Albanians worldwide were sending money for that goal, they were refusing to go to schools and main tool was reproduction. So int heir families there are dozen of kids. I remember back in 80's ,my friend was wounded there by Albanians. He still have shrapnel in his body.
