Ah.. yes it may appear strange to you, but I actually do have quite a few friends in the US and US friends in Webbyland.
Considering the US is one that actually was involved in the instigation of the Human Rights Treaty, you would expect that it would actually sign the Treaty....
BUT....
The same applies to the ICC... again it was a party that instigated the idea of the ICC... but again, that was all talk!
Yea.. like I said before.. a waste of time!
