Entire Company (LLC) including active webcam models, mailing list, domains, and more!
I'm looking at selling my entire (adult niche/camming) business I started back in 2010, making it about 5 years old. Based in California. Models world-wide. Most of them in California.
Adult business guide book (not written by us, but well done), 2257's included, past/current/potential model client database, transfer of California LLC, financial/tax documents, several domains... WHOLE SHABANG!
Brief Overview:
We’re a cam model recruiting company. We get lots of applicants from word of mouth and google. We got TONS of applicants from CL, I had to do this manually. Wish I could have paid for some CL poster to do this instead (HINT HINT). Our blogging efforts worked well but need refreshing. We recruit and manage the models, and have them sign under various studio accounts. When a model does really well, we create content with them, which increases profit on both ends.
Camming Revenue-
Average ~$30k/yr or $2,500/mo overall.
Current Average: ~$1,400/mo
Last year Average: ~$1,500/mo
Best year Average: ~$5,000/mo
Main source of revenue is from current models that we take a percentage from. Many models come and go during the year. Handful of them stay, another handful return when their bills need to be paid after some shopping.
Running costs are extremely low considered the business is on auto-pilot. Though, because I've been running the company on auto-pilot for the last 1-2 years, there is a noticeable loss in revenue. Keeping up with models, advertising, and blogging, is key... in which I did not have time for. If it make sense, I’m in my early 20’s, and had a full-time job and school. I started this young. Wish I didn’t have to sell, but its time to move on.
Note: My best year was when I did a physical studio. Which I will try to document for the new owner to reproduce. Optionally, we'll include 12x laptops for new owner to get started.
Blog Revenue-
Average $50-100/mo
Content Revenue-
We dabbled in content production, which we'll pass the licenses onto the new owner. High quality USA produced content by famous director. We haven't licensed out to tube sites and on-demand sites yet, only foreign on-demand and hotel distributions. Which those contracts have ended, and new owner can have a fresh-start.
(This is what fucked the company over, spent lots of money and didn't get much back, I was too in-experienced, I hired a manager that stole money from me.)
Optionally:
12x Laptops (Worth over $2,000 on ebay) to help the new owner get a kickstart in running a studio. What I mean by optionally, I only want this to be included if the deal goes above a certain amount.
LLC:
We'll transfer to your name. If the LLC is undesired, you'll have to explain how to proceed transfer of assets and etc.
Open for bidding. Getting evaluations and organizing the business for sale. Will be on Flippa if I don't get interest here.
