You don't seem to understand how the law works. out of the first three shootings in that first vis, if it had been civilian shooters instead of cops.. the only legal shooting would have been the first.

It does not matter what someone did 20 seconds ago.. it only matters what they were doing at the time you pulled the trigger.

The difference between self defense and murder, is if you are in threat of your life or not. When someone is unarned has their back turned and is running away it is murder. Any civilian would be charged with murder in those 2 cases. .. but cops.. they get paid vacation and then put back on the streets while you would be rotting in jail.
