belgrade is fine, you have 20-30x less chances of being raped than in the USA, we have 100 murders/year total compared to the 10.000 in the USA and we have no gangs and you are completely safe in any part of town any time of night or day...police will not shoot you either...you may get "gringo priced" in a taxi...
