I completely understand your curiosity. It's always amazed that there is a certain subculture in every society that thinks a healthy human being can be born without the capacity to gain knowledge or develop to be a hard working, moral, ethical, person of value. homogeneous societies have the same class issues based on ethnicity, not race. Russia, China, etc.
