Years ago I had a friend who I was roommates with who became a cop. At least 3-4 nights a week his cop buddies all ended up at our house partying it up. The cocaine was endless from people they confiscated it from, the bragging of who they beat that day, etc. I've seen it all first hand. If they were simply making 'bad judgements' then I guess one could argue the same about any criminal out there.

City cops have never concerned me, just don't do anything stupid. The cops I fear are rural elected sheriffs and their appointed deputies. Ones without much training, lots of prejudices and no department oversight preying on non-county residents for revenue. Bogus tickets, fines, even planting of drugs so they can seize vehicles. Cousins for judges. These guys are directly benefited by their actions.
