I just managed to catch this by pure chance as it came into my inbox then got moved to junk, and my spam filters are almost non-existent, so it's likely a ton of people will miss it.

Effective April 29th, 2015 our account with Union Bank, the account that services our affiliates was closed we have noticed that you still have an outstanding check issued on 4/25/15. We have voided that check and have mailed out a replacement check issued on 4/30/15. Please discard the old check as it will not be honored.
