Jel, I agree. The variable on the law enforcement side varies from the cop being ill trained, over trained with a military background, having personal problems, falling apart under stress, etc. The person being arrested can push any number of buttons that set the "adult" in the equation off.

With a million cops across the country, the 10's of millions of ass-wipes being arrested, the amazing thing is it doesn't happen more often.

Blackmonster admits he would resist arrest. I just don't get it.
