I am looking for a web designer who can create a dating site for me from scratch or have dating script that was custom made but not being used. No warez/nulled scripts!!

Prospective programmers must be very experienced in coding dating sites. If it's an existing script, you must be able to integrate custom features according to my specifications seamlessly.
You must have a portfolio and be VERY reputable. I was already scammed once by a programmer on GFY and now I am very careful who I will be dealing with. Guys with portfolios will go to the front of the line.

The dating site must be fully responsive on all devices including mobile with unique features.
