The vaccine link is only relevant to one part of the spectrum, it's the type where the child regresses into Autism post-vaccine, this is due to vaccine-induced autoimmune disease in the gut which prevents the brain from being properly nourished, though it can be improved dramatically by going on a Casein diet.
