Google represents a lot of traffic for a lot of people. Organic traffic makes up the majority traffic source for a lot of the brands we work with. So as frustrating as it can be, at the end of the day traffic is revenue.
And keep in mind that any sites hit by this update for not being mobile friendly can get their mobile traffic back as soon as they are. It won't be a long-term struggle like with other updates.
