rantidine (zantac) works well for this old guy------buy it over the counter in drug stores and some grocery stores. I went to my doctor before taking it just to make certain that the Zantac wouldn't mask something else.
Now, if only I could do something about waking up needing to pee but having to first get the erection to go limp:-).
Seriously, see you doctor to insure you don't have something that he/she can find and treat.
