what false pretenses? you are talking about a couple pieces of poor intelligence and trying to extrapolate that to mean that there was no case for doing something with Saddam Hussein?
The international community clearly had no intention of seeing Saddam gone. 4 Resolutions were "last chance" resolutions... and he just said "fuck you" at every turn. Yet, you say you are "happy" that he is gone. you dont sound "happy" - you sound bitter, emotional, insecure and defeated - more commonly defined as "liberal"
