I'm sure he'll get hit with manslaughter, but there are serious complications with that:
1) He may have a sickness that neither he nor anyone else is aware of.
2) What kind of sentence can you give someone for negligence anyway? Not much, but ANY jail sentence for this man will be a life sentence.
