I was talking in general about US style when they sue everybody and their dog for everything. Fall on the pavement - sue the city etc
Fall in the restaurant - sue the restaurant for bad floors etc etc
Seriously the phrase "I sue" is probably one of the most popular phrases in US.
As for this murder - germanwings have nothing to do with it, it was the isolated doing of one man. That was my point.
