I've seen loads of people talk about this and I can never understand it. I mean, you cook chicken and the protein is still viable so what the difference cooking protein powders?
I put a little protein powder in a cup, add a teaspoon of peanut butter, as much water as it takes to make it a sludge consistency and then zap it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside!
