Does anyone know how you stand with the law when publishing pornography to the net from Thailand.

According to the Bangkok post the government has recently issued a statement that it will start clamping down these activities.

I indirectly publish to the net via two friends in Thai and have some 20 domain names registered there but neither of these guys is sure about how they stand with the laws.
I will seek legal advice on my next visit but in the meantime does anyone know where the line is drawn. Thai law be very confusing at the best of times.
